My Social Media-less Life

I haven’t been blogging a lot and there are a lot of reasons for that.

Literally none of them are good or even halfway decent.

Well… two my friends released books this week and one of them usually has me help her with that… the other one did not ask for that kind of help, but I did make sure to finish reading so I could review it…

Probably should do that… in fact both of them might appreciate a review from me…

So I guess helping with a book release is a halfway decent excuse. Other than that, all of the excuses are bad.

Anyway, here’s an update of what’s going on in my life.

• My oldest nephew had no one to sit with last Friday so he helped me on lyrics by pushing one very special button— the one that puts the lyrics up in the church.
• I officially quit dog-sitting but have been able to help a couple of friends out in a pinch during that time.
• I got to babysit my nephews and niece last night since my mom was unable to do it and it was SO fun!
• I got to have dinner with my family last week as well and that was also much-needed.
• I spent Easter lunch with some good friends.

Unfortunately the only thing I haven’t been able to do or simply haven’t done is write in my CampNaNo story.

Tonight I am typing this blog out on my phone without my keyboard and will not be able to do that for much longer so tonight won’t be the best night to get writing done.

However I have been told that sometimes thinking about your story is actually like spending time on it… so… we’ll call it a win that I have been thinking about it.
