Bloganuary Writing Prompt:
What language do you wish you could speak?

In all honesty, I have no idea why the bloganuary prompt suddenly reminded me of this meme, but here we are…

“Jack of all trades” is a real thing and I would rather know as many languages as possible than have just one that I could speak.

Sometimes I can barely speak the language I was taught to speak. Why would I add a second one?

Although I do pretty ok with Spanish, but it’s been a while since I practiced. Unlike my super-disciplined roommate who has been doing Italian for something over 1,000 days, I have a hard time maintaining a habit much past 21 days.

It’s hard work and hurts my brain to practice. Rewiring the brain is hekkin hard, man…

So… I just wish I knew all of the languages.
